Flour - what types can I use? - All Stages may use any nut or seed flours, such as almond or coconut or flax flour or ground into meal. DO NOT use soy, whole wheat or white or any regular 'bread' type flours on Stage 1.
Quinoa - it is considered a grain, although it does have a lot of protein. Stages 2 and 3 only please.
