I've seen a lot of duplicate questions on the P10 Facebook site, as new people come along, they have the same questions as those who have gone before.  I will start addressing them in this section so we all can know...

Bonus Chapter - there is another extra chapter to the P10 Book, it is available on The Perfect 10 Diet's website.  Many people have trouble downloading it.

It contains info about portion sizes that we all need!




Flour - what types can I use? - All Stages may use any nut or seed flours, such as almond or coconut or flax flour or ground into meal.  DO NOT use soy, whole wheat or white or any regular 'bread' type flours on Stage 1. 


Quinoa - it is considered a grain, although it does have a lot of protein.  Stages 2 and 3 only please.

Venison - yes it is allowed.  It is considered a red meat.  One serving is 3 oz.

  1. I don't drink milk. Can I substitute Rice Milk for any milk servings?

    1. Hi Christine - the P10 book says that Rice Milk to be avoided, so please don't use it. And don't use soy milk either, of course. Have you tried almond or cashew milk? they are really good and a great substitute for milk.
